LODGING AND INVESTMENT OPTIONS:
All packages include full access to the summit, lodging for 3 nights, and nourishing chef-prepared meals using locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
(See form below to provide our chef with any dietary restrictions.)
All rooms have a private bathroom, refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave, organic mattress and lovely decks.

Private Rooms (Pisgah Lodge and Clear Creek Lodge) are $1612 paid in full or you may take advantage of PayPal's payment plan, with the balance being paid by March 1st. (See PayPal's "Pay Later" payment guidelines here.)

Shared King/Queen Suites (Winter Star Lodge) is for two participants with $3224 paid in full or you may take advantage of PayPal's payment plan, and the balance being paid by March 1st. (See PayPal's "Pay Later" payment guidelines here.)
If sharing a room with another Summit participant, please let us know so that we can assure that we are within our retreat capacity.

Named for the national forest that begins just behind this building, this lodge has four 2-room suites featuring a back bedroom with a queen bed, a living area, and a full bathroom.

Winter Star Lodge: King Bed, Queen Bed, 2 Bathrooms
This accommodation is ideal for sharing and still having plenty of privacy. This beautiful two level suite features a King Loft and a Queen Suite with 2 full bathrooms - ideal for 2 participants who wish to share comfortable, private sleeping spaces within one lodge.
Each participant reserves their own half of the suite. Both spaces must be filled for the rental to be confirmed. If you are attending with a friend and plan to share this suite together, please include their name in your registration form so we can pair your bookings accordingly.

Clear Creek Lodge: Rooms with a King Bed
These rooms are close to the Healing House and Main Lodge where the workshops, gatherings, and meals will take place. Each room features a king bed and a bathroom.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Refunds are available minus a $350 administration fee. After 3/1/26, refunds will only be granted if your space can be filled with a new participant.
Should AugusTara, LLC or Mt. Mitchell Eco Retreat cancel the retreat for any reason, a full refund will be offered.
