"It was deeply relaxing. At first there was a feeling of energetic compression and expansion in my head and upper torso that later spread to other parts of my body. Towards the end of the session, I felt that there was a "heavy" vibration that I could feel specifically in my skeleton - mostly in my legs. It felt similar to a previous "bone breathing/marrow washing" Qi Gong experience I've had.
